Coping With Acid Reflux
Acid reflux is a health condition that can have serious repercussions if left untreated.
The case of Bob is relevant in the acid reflux cure. Bob is a regular guy, a family man who typically works on a 9 to 5 shift day after day. What makes Bob special, however, is that he is an acid reflux survivor. He has had the disease, and almost died of it and of the complications that followed, in 1976. He tried to recall what good he had actually done to merit such an astounding miracle, and all he could think of was the apple he has had. That was the only thing he knew he ate that he had not eaten before. The next day, he had another apple, and once more, he was able to sleep through the night. He decided then that it was the apple that made the difference!
An acid reflux remedy should not be confused with an acid reflux cure. A remedy is a temporary fix, an immediate relief to the problem, while a cure is something permanent. The apple was a simple remedy, but it paved the way for Bob to discover other solutions to his acid reflux problem.
