Property search tool added to popular estate agent search site
April 18, 2008 – Globrix (www.globrix.com), the new property search engine, today announces a partnership with leading estate agent directory email4property to provide access to Globrix’s unique property search functionality on the site. The Globrix search went live on March 24th and provides users of email4property with direct access to Globrix’s unique property search capabilities.
Email4property.co.uk is the largest network of local estate agents websites, consisting of 2583 specific sites covering locations and cities across the UK. The hosting of Globrix’s comprehensive property search compliments email4property’s network.
Launched in early 2008, Globrix is a new type of property search engine. It doesn’t charge agents to be included on the site and so has already developed one of the largest indexes of property for sale or rent in the UK. Additionally, it offers a range of unique search features. Rather than restricting users to searching just by price, location and number of bedrooms, it allows site visitors to look for homes by keyword, such as wooden floors or swimming pool, type, such as house or bungalow, or even details such as nearby schools or outside space.
